Use Odell's Clarified Butter for sautéing or frying all foods including eggs, potatoes,
steaks, chops, poultry, seafood, and all vegetables. The removal of the moisture in Odell's
Clarified butter creates a higher than normal smoke point (325° degrees) allowing foods
to be sautéed or fried in the butter with out burning or scorching.
